Descripción FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES: El Maitre del hotel es responsable de la gestión y operativa de 5 puntos de ventas y su personal, así como del área de eventos y banquetes para garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes. RESPONSIBILIDADES GENERALES: 1. Garantizar la calidad de los diferentes servicios y puntos de venta. 2. Controlar, formar y desarrollar a los empleados de sala. 3. Colaborar en la comercialización de restaurantes para lograr objetivos de venta. 4. Colaboración en el diseño de cartas de bares y restaurantes. 5. Mantener los niveles de costes según ratios de cada punto de venta. 6. Mantener los niveles de saneamiento y la calidad del servicio según estándares de la empresa. 7. Garantizar la satisfacción en banquetes y eventos del servicio. 8. Control del buen uso del equipamiento de los puntos de venta. TAREAS ESPECIFICAS: 1. Control de cajas 2. Definir turnos y controlar horarios. 3. Control de stocks de bares y costes. 4. Atención de quejas y sugerencias. 5. Control de check-lists diarios. 6. Supervisión de calidad del servicio. 7. Controlar la preparación de la sala y coordinación de la plantilla durante todos los turno. Requisitos mínimos Titulación mínima: Bachillerato/COU Experiencia: De 3 a 5 años Categoría profesional: Executive Residencia: UE REQUISITOS 1. Experiencia en Hoteles de 4 y 5* 2. Don de gentes, empatía. 3. Flexibilidad horaria. 4. 3 Idiomas europeos (Inglés obligatorio). 5. Experiencia dirección y organización de banquetes. 6. Visión comercial y conocimiento financiero. 7. Conocimientos informáticos.

We’re looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at Palma de Mallorca airport. You will be reporting to a Retail Specialist. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a passion for Beauty with a consistent approach to achieving monthly targets and deliver sales through excellent customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES As our Beauty Advisor in Travel Retail, you are responsible for delivering sales targets. You will be making sure to deliver outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence and build retailer support across the entire Coty portfolio in specific stores. Your main focus : To ensure up to date training on training app´s and tools provided by the Company. To adhere to Company uniform when applicable and grooming guidelines To find and suggest alternative and add-on sales, to trade up To deliver strong service level as well with retailer, agency and co-workers Delivery and maintenance of all deployed brand shelf layouts Perfect execution of all sites and promotional activity, immediate action to fix issues To utilize store influence and available Point of Sales tools to secure additional display where possible To ensure full availability of all lines and testers, correctness of retailer stock files, report issues as needed To maintain housekeeping routines and Company standards of all visual display, in line with brand and store guidelines To maintain excellent communication with the Coordinator and Retail Specialis To keep informed of all Company initiatives To develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team when require Give support to the temporary staff from the agency To accurately complete Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits To submit sales figures to retail specialist with trading comments on time To ensure the effective and efficient running of the store at all times You are passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards. As an experienced Beauty Advisor in Travel Retail, you enjoy sales, speaking with different languages, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: Language skills: Spanish and English. Extra language a plus, especially German. 1 year sales experience in beauty or other luxury sales related environment (desirable) Flexibility, ability to go the extra mile. FULL TIME AVALIABILITY and NO RESTRICTIONS ON THE SCHEDULE (weekends, morning shifts, afternoon shifts, etc) Strong passion, ambition and drive
