We’re looking for a Skincare Expert to join Coty Spain. You will have the opportunity to be part of the design the future of skincare and, be an ambassador of an important French Green Bio Tech Skincare Expert Brand. RESPONSIBILITIES As our Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, you are responsible for promotion and skincare counselling for costumers. The luxurious skincare brand of Coty is looking for a skincare professional like you, who has a strong sales background to deliver sales targets as part of the team and provide a high level of skincare knowledge to costumers. Your main focus: Excellent customer service, being part of the unique and distinctive customer experience while selling our market-leading products. Attract new customers at the point of sale. Achievement of established objectives and monitoring of KPIs. Control and implement visibility and merchandising established by the brand. Develop store activities: inventories, stock control and payment terminal activities, among others. The team consists of 3 people in the point of sale, and you will work closely together with the POS Coordinator. All your colleagues are close and passionate to create Beauty That Lasts. Working in the team, you will be part of a committed and drives outperforming results​ for team. You live beauty and have a deep understanding and passion for the skincare industry and luxury brands. As an experienced Skincare Beauty Advisor Expert, you keep high focus and attention to details and ensure brand equity. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you have Minimum of 4 years field experience as a facialist, cosmetologist, skincare beauty consultant in a demanding luxury environment. Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus. Experience in sales with targets and control of sales indicators. Friendly, dynamic, enthusiast, talkative person. Verbal communication, organizational & strong listening skills. Healthy competitive spirit. High level of English (another language is a plus). Te encargarás de la supervisión, acompañamiento y motivación del equipo así como apoyar la venta de los/las azafatos/as en el punto de venta. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? • Coordinar y gestionar al equipo con el objetivo de incrementar las ventas. • Colaborar con el equipo en su formación y su evolución en el punto de venta para disminuir la rotación. • Visitas a los estancos para fortalecer la relación tanto con la persona responsable del establecimiento como con el equipo. • Acompañamiento a la venta, motivación de los equipos. • Captación de nuevos clientes en el punto de venta junto con los/as azafatos/as. • Elaboración de reportes diarios. • Gestión y resolución de incidencias del equipo de trabajo.
