We are looking for bilingual 4 Hosts/Hostesses + 1 Team Leader for a high-end wedding event in Sevilla, Spain.
*Staff requested:* 4 Hosts/Hostesses (EN/SP)+ 1 Team Leader (EN/SP)
**Event :* High-end wedding (350–400 guests) including welcome drink, cocktail, dinner and DJ party with transfers between hotels and venue
📍*Location/Venue:* Hacienda La Soledad (Alcalá de Gudaíra, Sevilla)
📅 *Dates and Times:*
15 May 2026: 16:00h – 04:00h (12h)
* Day hours: 16:00h – 21:00h (5h)
* Night hours: 21:00h – 04:00h (7h)
*What we are looking for:*
We are looking for a team of well-presented, elegant and service-minded hosts/hostesses to support a large-scale luxury wedding. You will work closely with the Open the Door Events planning team throughout the evening.
📝*Tasks *(Hosts + Team Leader)*
* Guest welcome and assistance
* Support during welcome drink, cocktail and dinner
* Crowd flow management and guest guidance
* Support with seating and transitions between areas
* Assistance during DJ party / nightlife phase
* Coordination support for guest transfers between locations
* General event support and proactive problem solving
* Light assistance with repositioning decor/items between spaces if needed
*Team Leader tasks:*
* Organize the onsite team
* Coordinate with the wedding planner agency and Golden Goose Events
* Have a briefing call with the wedding planner and the PMO in charge to align the tasks and organize the positions
👕*Dress Code:* Smart casual (own black/neutral coordinated outfit)
*Profile:*
The team must be proactive, warm, and highly guest-oriented, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed, guided, and attended to at all times. A natural smile, calm presence, and confidence in interacting with an international high-end clientele are essential. Fluent English & Spanish required
🍽️ *Food:* 10€ lunch allowance (for shifts longer than 7h)

Contract with ALTA in SS (Host)
* 11€/hour (day hours)
* 14.30€/hour (night hours from 21:00h onwards)

* Travel expenses: 12€ (Sevilla–Alcalá de Guadaíra)
